SULAIMAN AL WAZZAN : Chairman of the Board
Sulaiman Al Wazzan is an energetic visionary and a dynamic person with wonderful inter-personal skills, good operational ingenuity, and an owner of a successful carrier in the aviation industry. Mr. Wazzan has had twenty-eight years experience in the service industry. He completed his degree in Oxford as an Air Line transport pilot. He holds a license as a test pilot for three countries: UK, UAE and Kuwait. He retired from the Kuwait Airways Corporation as Dy. Director General, a post that controls the entire operations of the company. He was a member of the following committees: KAC Executive Committee (the Apex body that decides all policy decisions of the company), Aircraft Purchase and Leasing Committee, and the Crisis Management Committee. He represented Kuwait Airways Corporation in various international conferences, and was one of the chief negotiators for KAC’s international deals. As the Power of Attorney for Kuwait Airways Corporation, he bought and leased Aircrafts. He attended various management courses world-wide and has a wide repertoire of knowledge about management. He is also one of the key people who revived and rebuild Kuwait Airways after the Iraqi invasion, during which he was a board member of Kuwait Aviation Services Company. After retirement from Kuwait Airways Corporation, he was involved in his private business as the Chairman of the Sahireya Group. After which, as an entrepreneur, he started the Swiss medical Services and Swiss Clinic. Due to his abilities to manage a multi- million dollar company with more than five thousand workers, he will be an asset to the new forming company as chairman.
STANLY JOSEPH: Board Member and CEO
Mr. Joseph is an extraordinary manager whose work reached Kuwait and India. He was a country finalist in the Benson & Hedges Management Contest and his total work experience in both the financial and accounting field extend to a span of three decades. He was the brainchild for several companies in various industries. Strategic planning and the implementation of solutions, his major strengths, were used to turn around various companies from loss to profit and to convert small companies into medium and major organizations. He was the financial advisor for investment companies, and a financial consultant to affluent people. As the financial controller of an investment company, he handled the Kuwait Government’s investment funds. Now, he is a board member of the Sahireya Group, Sahireya Financial Consultancy, and Swiss Clinic and Swiss medical Services, as well as the Chairman of Geneseq Pvt. Ltd in India, a medical equipment manufacturing company. This company holds more than twenty international patents for medical equipment, medical and cosmetic products. Mr. Stanly Joseph is the president of NOFC, a charitable trust involved in major community development and social activities. At present, this organization is involved in helping AIDS patients get better care, and in planning to build hospitals for only HIV Patients in India. He is a certified Accountant and has a degree in Accounting and Finance. He has held very senior management posts in various organizations, and has traveled world-wide forging many connections with well established business and contacts in multiple countries. His abilities and experience will provide the pillars upon which the company will grow.
RACHEL MATHEW DANIEL: BSN. Operations Manager Rachel Mathew Daniel has received a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and has twenty-two years of experience as a principal in the School of Nursing, KIMS Hospital Kerala, India. Her position as a principal has allowed the company improve the quality of comprehensive Nursing care and has helped produced qualified nurses that understand and can fulfill the requirements of the clients. As the operations manager, she is responsible for the quality and operations of the Nursing services. Her intuitive skill in identify cases and appointing the right qualified staff according to the needs of the clients has made her an asset to the company. She is responsible for the selection and the recruitment of nurse for the company as well as other establishments such as MOH Kuwait. She conducts periodical visits to the homes of the patients in order to ensure the quality of the staff. Her commitment to work has helped the company improve its patient to staff, and client to staff relationships, creating a bridge that prevents complaints of any kind.
